Your ORBlogs registration is non-transferable and your registration may terminate upon your death.

USER CONDUCT

8. employing any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site without express written permission from ORBlogs, with the exception of accessing RSS feeds. Users also will not take any action that imposes, or may impose at the discretion of ORBlogs, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure or which interferes or attempts to interfere with the working of the Site or Services, or which bypasses any measures ORBlogs.org uses to prevent or restrict access to the Site;
9. creating separate user accounts to artificially inflate or alter measurements, ratings or rankings on the Site.

ORBlogs may remove any Content and registration account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, the receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to the Content, or for no reason at all.

INDEMNITY
